At Therioderm, we provide natural, effective solutions designed to support your pet’s skin health and overall wellness. Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges once a purchase has been completed.

Before placing an order, please ensure you have selected the correct product for your pet. While our products assist with common skin concerns and allergies, Therioderm does not diagnose medical conditions. If you are unsure which product to choose, feel free to contact us for guidance before purchasing.

Upon delivery, please inspect your package immediately. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, notify us as soon as possible so we can assist where applicable.

Because every pet may react differently, we recommend performing a small spot test before applying any product more broadly. This helps ensure compatibility and comfort for your pet.
